Finding a career in today’s job market

You may have heard in the news that private-sector job creation almost stopped in May. Only 41,000 jobs created were created compared to 411,000 temporary and low-wage government jobs needed to administer the census. Last year’s stimulus seems to have failed to hold unemployment below 8 percent as predicted by the Obama administration. However, after nearly two years of constant job losses, the U.S. economy has added 982,000 jobs so far in 2010, adding workers in every month, a sign that the labor market is improving beyond the short-term Census jobs. But the modest gain shows that employers are still cautious about adding staff.

Many more “mature” Americans have been taking low paying temp jobs that teens and college students usually went for.

The question remains for many how do they find meaningful employment with good income now … especially if you are 40+ or just out of college.

One option some people are looking at is being their own boss … self employment is not easy but can be very rewarding. The big concern for many is, “where do I get the money to start a business?”

This is where a career as a long-term care specialist could be just the thing for you and your family. No huge start-up money is required. If you have a family experience with long-term care then you may already know how big a problem this is.

If you have a big personality, consider yourself a go-getter, and want a position which can reward you with a six figure income within just a few years of effort, then you should consider what we have to offer. This outside sales position provides you with everything you need for success, free lead program, training and support combined with the independence many people crave for their career. Sales experience is helpful but not required. Desire, personality, outstanding communication skills and commitment to excellence is required.
